Practical training has special importance in nursing course. Various laboratories have been constructed for practical training in which models of every item required during the course are available which are generally mandatory for accurate training of the girl students. Full care has been taken that the girl students do not feel the shortage of models and dummies and there is no difficulty in completing the study work. Four labs have been created for six papers – MCH Lab, Fundamental, Anatomy and Physiology and AIDS, Nutrition Lab and Community Lab. In AIDS Lab, classes are conducted with the help of electronic means, which creates interest in reading and helps in developing understanding. Students can try it themselves so that bookish knowledge can be established and strengthened.
